Baxter Bevel is the father of Billy Bevel and Binky Bevel. He is also the husband of Bonita Bevel. He is also very close friends with the Polie family. He has a high pitch voice and a surprisingly creepy deep laugh. He is one of the three pentagonists of Rolie Polie Olie, and one of the tritagonists of The Great Defender of Fun and The Baby Bot Chase.

- Baxter has a cameo role in the second season, having a vocal cameo in Square Plane In A Round Hole. Starting the third season, he has an ascended extra as a recurring character and becomes a major character in his real debut episode, Round and Round and Square We Go.
- In TBBC, he and his family (along with Gizmo Polie) are going to help the Polie family return the babies home. But the film demotes them to extra, making them supporting characters.
