Da Plane! Da Plane! is episode 1c of Season 2 of Rolie Polie Olie. The episode premiered on January 8, 1999.
Summary[]
While Mom and Dad get ready to go out, Olie, Zowie, Pappy and Billy had a plane race to see which plane gets to the front door first.
Plot[]
Polina and Percy are getting ready to go out for the night. Polina needs a hat for the night, but can't find a good one. Meanwhile, Olie, Billy, Zowie and Pappy wonder what they should do while Polina and Percy are out. Pappy decided to make their own paper airplanes and have an airplane race, to see which plane can reach the front door without touching the ground. Zowie made an unusual hat with a propeller and mistakes it for a paper airplane, despite Olie stating otherwise, Pappy says that plane said can come in all different shapes and sizes, and with that, they begin the plane race. The planes almost hit Percy as they head into the living room and do spectacular stunts. Pappy follows his plane through various rooms, Billy finds his plane in Olie's room, and Olie follows his plane to the backyard, but it runs out of gas (which is odd since paper airplanes don't use fuel) and begins to fall, but the leaf blower saves it from crashing and it is blown into the master bedroom. Olie dodges the planes as they head back downstairs, but they miss the front door again. The furniture direct them to the kitchen, which is where the planes went. As they head there, the see the planes coming their way, about to reach the front door, but they crash into each other and land on the ground. Seeing that no one won, they decide to race again. Zowie, who was constantly running around this whole time, finally throws her hat-plane, but it just goes in circles. It is time for Polina and Percy to go, but Polina is still concerned about not having a hat. The hat-plane lands on Polina's head, which Percy and Polina take the liking to. Zowie lets Polina wear it for the night and with that, they leave to go out. Even though the hat-plane landed on Polina's head, Zowie was deemed the winner. Suddenly, it starts to get windy and Polina and Percy pulled into the skies by the hat-plane. They happily dance in the sky as the episode ends.

Goofs[]
- When the front door opens, the outside part was pale yellow instead of red.
- Also, it opened to the left for the planes while for Polina and Percy, it opened to the right.
