Plot
Zowie learns about good manners.
Summary
Zowie is having a bit of trouble. She's not quite sure what good manners are all about. Olie and Billy are determined to help Zowie discover good manners, so the gang set out on a great manner hunt. They record a little movie that demonstrates good manners in Polieville. By the end of their adventure, Zowie's all clear on what good manners are all about.
